Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Nawal Shukla, we strive to deliver premium quality edits. However, we understand that plans can change. Here is our policy regarding cancellations and retainer agreements.
1. For One-Time Projects
- Cancellation by Client: If you cancel the project after the work has started, the 50% advance fee is non-refundable as it covers the time and effort already invested.
- Cancellation by Editor: If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the advance amount will be initiated within 7 business days.
2. Monthly Retainer Agreement (Subscription Model)
- Definition: This applies to clients who hire Nawal Shukla on a monthly fixed-cost basis (e.g., ₹35,000/month).
- Scope: The monthly fee covers a pre-decided number of deliverables (e.g., 15 Reels + 10 Long Videos). Unused edits do not carry over to the next month.
- Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel the monthly retainer, you must provide a 15-day notice period.
- No Refunds: Once the month has started and the fee has been paid, no refunds will be provided for that specific month, regardless of whether the client utilizes the full service or not.
3. Late Payments For monthly retainers, if the payment is not received by the 7th of the month, work will be paused until the dues are cleared.
