1. Introduction By hiring Nawal Shukla for video editing and motion graphics services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Scope of Work The specific deliverables (e.g., Number of Reels, Duration of Video) will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp before the project starts. Any extra work outside the agreed scope will be charged additionally.

3. Payment Terms

• One-Time Projects: A 50% advance payment is required to start the work. The remaining 50% must be paid before the final watermark-free file is delivered.
• Monthly Retainers: Fees must be paid in advance between the 1st and 5th of every month.

4. Revisions Policy We want you to be happy with the edit. Therefore, we include 2 Rounds of Revisions for free.

• Revisions include changes to pacing, text, music, or color.
• Revisions do not include creating a completely new concept or adding new footage that was not provided earlier.
• Additional revisions will be charged at ₹[Amount] per hour.

5. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the client grants the rights to the final video. However, Nawal Shukla reserves the right to use the final work in his personal portfolio (website/social media) for promotional purposes.

6. Jurisdiction Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajshthan.
